Magic Maintenance, Inc ensures work proceeds to schedule and meets all safety requirements. We only use skilled and qualified workers for all trades required for this work. Frequent job walks with a manager and/or job foreman will occur to insure that scheduling goals are met and client’s needs are satisfied.
All employees on site will be in uniform. In the event employees are approached by Lavi staff members, Magic Maintenance employee are instructed to tell them to please contact the Magic Maintenance, Inc. painting division manager, Steve Ridnour.
